What we collect  

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the following information:  

Name  

Address  

Email Address  

Phone number  

What we do with the information collected:  

It allows us to fulfill your order. It allows our Canada Post carrier to provide you with delivery information via SMS or email and to contact you during the delivery process.  

Who do we share your information with? 

Electric Butter Dish Distribution does not and will not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use third parties to provide specific services that allow us to run our day-to-day operations.  

Stripe Payment - We use Stripe Payment as an e-commerce platform to securely process your transaction as a payment gateway.  Electric butter dish distribution does not have access to secure banking details. 

How long we keep personal information:  

We will retain personal information for 5 years to cover the one-year warranty period of the product you purchased from Electric Butter Dish Distribution and so that Electric Butter Dish Distribution can respond to any questions or complaints You may request a copy of your personal information at any time, as well as why we have this personal information, who has access to it, and where the personal information came from. Once we receive your request, we will respond within 30 days.  

If you want to to delete your personal information  

If you feel that we should no longer use your personal information, you may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.  When we receive your request, we will confirm whether the personal information has been deleted or tell you why it cannot be deleted.  There may be legal reasons why we must retain your personal information.  

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
