Right to cancel your contract with us
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a contract. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not wish to receive or keep a Product, you may inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.
Your legal right to cancel a Contract begins on the date of the Order Confirmation (the date we send you an email confirming our acceptance of your order), which is when the Contract between us is formed.
We are happy to refund or exchange any items you wish to return, and you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to inform us. You then have a further 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product to return the Product to us.To terminate a Contract, simply let us know that you have decided to terminate. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page.
Products may only be returned to us in their original, unused and packaged condition if you wish to receive a full refund. Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund unless the Products are defective.
For an exchange, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page. Or indicate on your invoice what you are returning, what you would like to order instead and send the package back to us. A fee may be charged if the exchanged item is more expensive than the original. You will be charged additional shipping costs for sending the new item.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are obliged to keep them and take reasonable care of them. You must return the goods to our contact address at your expense (unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible after you have terminated the contract.
We reserve the right to charge a fee not to exceed our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or if you return them at our expense.Please remember to ask the post office for proof of postage receipt free of charge as we regret that we cannot refund goods lost or delayed by the post office after the 14 day limit.
Holiday return Policy: For any items you purchased as gifts or for yourself during the holiday season, we have extended the return window to 14 days after Christmas Day (decembre 25th) to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
If you cancel your contract, we will:
Refund the price you paid for the products. However, please note that we are allowed by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this was caused by your handling in a way that would not be allowed in a store.We will issue refunds due to you as quickly as possible and within 14 days ofwithin 14 days from the date we receive the product back from you; or if you have not received the Product or if you have received the Product and we have offered to collect it: 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to terminate the contract; ori f you have returned the Products to us because they are defective or not as described, we will refund the full price of the Products, plus any applicable delivery charges.
